If there is one thing that most people will remember Sarah Michelle Gellar for is her role as Buffy the Vampire Slayer in the TV series as well as the movie by the same title. From 1997 to 2003 this six year stretch in the hit TV series led Sarah to get into other roles since her acting was assured through the Buffy series. Around 150 episodes of the Buffy series were releases which were very impressive considering the amount of competition it had over those six years. Sarah is only 33 this year which is good news for her adoring fans because they will have at least several more decades of her acting ability to look forward too. Unfortunately for her in recent years she has been in some trouble with stalkers and other crazed fans looking to do things that she was not willing to do. Most of this has been cleared up now however for most stars this is not an unusual occurrence.
Sarah has played several roles in movies that did very well in the box office as some of them when block buster with their revenue and popularity. I Know What You Did Last Summer was cast in 1997 and Sarah won several Teen awards for this series of movies. In the same year Scream 2 was release making for more competition at the theatres and giving the punters what they want in the way of thrillers and horror stories. Each year from 1998 to 2000 Sarah Michelle Gellar was given the chance to host Saturday Night Live which the fans loved and she seemed to love doing. Sarah also appeared in an episode of Sex and the City which was just one of the minor roles she has been given in her career. From a child actress to a very versatile modern day star we have seen Sarah climb the ladder of success to be cast in many great moves. In Scooby Doo she played the part of Daphne one of the team who go around solving crimes. She also played lead voice roles in several animations including Happily N Ever After plus the newest Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle movies.
